Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado
  • 2-3 cups Kale (any variety!)
  • 2 inches of Ginger
  • 1/2 a Cucumber
  • 1/2 a Lemon (peeled but include some of the zest)
  • Bunch of mint and/or parsley
  • Water

This is my green drink! There's no fruit in it, so don't expect it to sweet. It will however be bright green, flavorful, and fresh if you add enough mint and/or parsley. Add all the ingredients to the blender, top it off with water, blend vigorously, and live your best life. Easy as that!
